How to make delicious Soto Kudus
Wash the chicken thoroughly and cut it into 2 parts.

While waiting for the chicken to cook, puree the ground spices (garlic + onion + candlenut + cumin / cumin + coriander + ginger) by pulverizing it. To make it easier for you to grind the spices, it's better to add a little salt.
Gongseng (stir-fried) ground spices with a little cooking oil until it smells good and is cooked. Then add it to the chicken stew.
