Ingredients

  1. 500 gr Wheat Flour

  2. 250 gr Rice Flour

  3. 5.5 gr Instant Yeast (Sy Pake Fermifan)

  4. 1500 ml Coconut

  5. Milk 250 gr Red Sugar, Bring to a boil

  6. 1/4 tsp Salt

Step

  1. Enter the flour and rice flour into a container, add the coconut milk already given yeast (yeast dissolved in coconut milk). Add salt, and stir until the dough is smooth.
