    Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients

3 pieces of

thigh fillet, cut into squares

3 cloves of

garlic, chopped

3

dried chilies, cut into squares

1

onion, cut into squares

1

tablespoon tomato sauce

1

tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons

sweet soy sauce

1 teaspoon

sugar

1 tsp

sesame oil

1

scallion, cut into small pieces to

taste

pepper

Step

Fry the chicken until it is skinned, set aside.

Heat the oil, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the dry chilies, stir.

Add the chicken, stir. Enter the sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, pepper, mix well. Pour in a little water. Cook until cooked. Adjust the taste.


Add scallions and sesame oil, stir. Remove and serve.
