5 large red chilies
3 candlenuts roasted or roasted first
1 segment of turmeric

Steps:
Clean the fish, cut into squares, squeezed orange juice and salt, soak briefly.
Fry the fish for a while, remove and drain.
Saute the ground spices with a little oil, add salt, sugar to taste, add thick coconut milk, stir.
Add the fried fish, stir until evenly distributed and the coconut milk thick
Lift and ready to serve
